Making great espresso is only possible if your machine is kept nice and clean.

Clean Express powder can be used to backflush espresso machine group heads and will help to break down coffee and the oils that stick to the shower screens and internal components of the group head. It's also very effective when cleaning group head handles. Simply soak the basket and group head hand in warm water with a teaspoon of Clean Espresso powder to break down any coffee residue.

Cleaning instructions: Place a blind sieve on the holder (or put a plug), pour powder into the holder (one tablespoon), insert the holder into the coffee machine group. Next, alternately turn the flow on and off for 5 seconds. Repeat the process 5-10 times. Once all the powder has been washed out of the sieve, pass enough water through the group to rinse. To clean the holders, dilute the powder in hot water and soak the holders for 5-10 minutes. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
