East Frisian blend of high quality black teas
(edit with the Customer Reassurance module)
Frisian blend of high quality black teas from Assam and Java
Afternoon tea is an important part of East Frisian culture (Frisia or Friesland is an area in northwestern Germany).
Whether at home or when visiting friends, East Frisians try not to miss out on their Teetied ('tea time').
Brewing a tea mixture requires a special ritual. This tea is drunk with candied (candy) Kluntjes sugar and cream.
How to cook
1. Heat the kettle with boiling water. We merge.
2. Fill in the tea mixture and fill it in half with boiling water.
3. We insist 3-4 minutes.
4. Add boiling water to the kettle.
5. Put a piece of sugar in a mug.
6. Pour the brewed tea into a mug. The hot liquid will crackle the sugar.
7. Put one teaspoon of cream in a mug so that it looks like a cloud.
The tea is not stirred to enjoy different flavors in different layers: relatively 'pure' black tea at the top, tea mixed with cream in the middle, and tea sweetened with sugar at the bottom.
The same lump of sugar can be used over subsequent cups of tea. In East Friesland, it is considered impolite for a guest to drink less than three cups.
